This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Cludigo Service operated by CLUDIGO LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow these rules.

Permitted use

Cludigo is intended for lawful, personal use in planning celebrations such as weddings, baby showers, milestone birthdays, and quinceañeras.

Prohibited activities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Upload or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Enter another person's personal information without a lawful basis to do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware or overloading our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy, without refund where the violation warrants it. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
